Sundays, February 1 & 15
12:15 pm
Facilitators: The Rev. Diane Ramerman & the Ministry Support Circle
Parish Hall Conference Room

New to Christ Church? Curious how leadership, ministry, and decision-making work here? This two-part series explores Total Common Ministry (TCM)—the model that shapes how we share leadership, discern vocation, and live our mission together.

We’ll explore:
-What Total Common Ministry is (and what it isn’t)
-How Christ Church practices shared leadership
-What this model means for lay ministry, clergy roles, and community life

This series will be especially helpful for newcomers, new leaders, and anyone who’s ever thought, “Wait… how does this actually work?”

 All are welcome.

The Red Door Thrift Shop Update

Dawn Jex

Dawn Jex, Red Door Manager

Hello Everyone,

Wow! I can't believe it's the end of January already. Seems like we are just moving through space and time more quickly every day. I hope you all are finding ways to stay warm during our cold spell and that you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Spring IS coming.

A few reminders from our Linen Ladies: ONLY large linens go into the baskets for them to fold. If you get towels or washcloths or small items, those can go in bins to be priced in the shop. Also, please do your best to look at the large linens for rips, tears or stains. Send those items to NWC. Keep only the best for The Red Door. Thank you.

I still have a few shifts to fill in February. Thursday afternoon cashier shifts are all open for the month of February. I can fill some of them but would love some help if you are available.

Please let me know if there are folks in the community that could use a little help this season. We have a secret santa who has purchased gift certificates for us to give out when it's needed. Feel free to pass me names or phone numbers.

We will be participating in the Anacortes Family Center Dine and Shop event in February so come on down and spend a few bucks for them on February 19th. Such an easy way to support our community.

Thanks for you time and energy,
Humbly,
Dawn Jex
